There are more than 15,000 known species in the world that depend on the free flow of river water but also on the actions we take together to protect this extraordinary ichthyofauna and its homes which are – of course – our natural heritage. In Colombia we have more than 100 migratory species distributed in the main hydrographic basins of the country that are connected with other migratory species such as river dolphins, this has made a solidarity culture of care increasingly take strength, in a country that needs it as much as it is our Colombia.
